The moral educational leader is not going to be successful if he or she sees this as their individual work. That it has to get down to the level where the leader engages the teachers in conversations that are themselves authentic - not authoritarian - but where the leader is able to say, "Look, I don't know how to solve this thing, but together, there is enough moral fibre in all of us to recognise what we ought to be doing here."
