I think, mainly, it's full staff involvement in decision-making as far as possible, so a collegiate approach. We really make great efforts to ensure that everything we do there's staff ownership of it, so that it's not a "top-down" model by any means, and it's certainly not even a management structure that's "top-down" - not just myself but the Depute, and so on. It's class teachers who lead working groups; class teachers are involved in taking developments forward, so they're very much involved in the identification of priorities. Whatever we're doing in the school is done because the staff has decided that it's a priority.
