Follow-up on ESR

We started the mentoring system and joined a school improvement scheme to improve classroom teaching, and hoped that we could enhance learning and teaching.

We also took up the points made by the ESR team about reducing workload and creating space for teachers. In the past few years, many initiatives were started, so in future we had to be more focused and build on current strengths. Through having meetings with teachers we managed to collect many views and actually cut down on much work. Teachers are happy that views from outsiders could help us to develop better.
