Response to ESR reports: how ESR helps school development

ESR gave us a strong feeling, and we felt quite different after the exercise. ESR was a new thing, and we might have that the impact could only be short-term and just superficial work. But after learning about the comments of the ESR team and reading the report closely, in the next school year we started to be more focused in our plans. We are glad that the suggestions and directions proposed were objective and very helpful to us.
