Teachers inevitably felt nervous, because the teachers' information is comparatively less than what the SIT had, and teachers do not have the same exposure in their work. So the next thing to do is to alleviate pressure of our colleagues. Is there anything to be anxious about ESR? The anxiety comes from a lack of knowledge about it. To alleviate teachers' anxiety we need to help them know what ESR was exactly about, and to ensure teachers that it is just doing normal self-evaluation of our work, which has been already a daily practice, now only being done more systematically, and perhaps we could take this opportunity to display the achievements that we have attained over the years.
