We put in a lot of efforts to enhance teacher-student relationship. We have a heart-to-heart scheme, where a teacher can meet with 8 students every Friday after school to chat for an hour or so, hoping that the teachers and students can know each other better and the teacher can thus provide suitable support to students. We also encourage teachers to give parents phone calls during holidays, in the hope of initiating contact with parents because it's difficult to get them to come to school. We do organise activities for parents, such as school picnics and other school activities in which they can join their children. We do hope the parents can get closer to their children and concern more about their students' school life.
