In this year, the school has adopted measures to reduce our workload. One of them, which makes me and my colleagues very happy, was a questionnaire asking us what kind of work or tasks can be trimmed away, such as clerical work and the frequency of meetings. Such a school policy enables us to look back at the kind of work that doesn't require a teacher to do, and could be shared by others. In this way, our pressure on workload is reduced, and we could concentrate on work that must be done by teachers, such as teaching and leading students in activities
