In class, if we have done well, say get good performance in tests and dictations, our teachers will praise us in class. And then teachers could raise our conduct grade, if we are outstanding in our character, service and studies. This could be encouraging to us. This year we had a Stars for students award scheme, where we get stars from teachers for helping them, being attentive and working hard, and by the end of the term students who get the greatest number of stars will be taken to Disneyland by the school.
