From our experience of going through ESR, I would see the review team as professionals coming to provide assistance to the school to identify areas for further improvement. In addition, the team also gave us encouragement on our strengths, for us to build on them. They gave us lots of professional advice to raise our standards in learning and teaching. Throughout the whole process, it's very important for the principal to support teachers and provide them with a positive message, to set the teachers' minds at ease. So our ESR experience was quite smooth, and we were quite happy.
