SSE should be done at different levels: personal, subject panels, the school organisation, the level of learning and teaching and at the level of the activities. It should then be conducted from different perspectives, involving different groups of people from a wide range of backgrounds - the stakeholders are included in our SSE mechanism, so that the data collected will be comprehensive and the evidence will be more substantive for our own review, self-reflection and improvement.
