For teachers, they are already very busy with different tasks. But in preparation for ESR we had to reflect on what we had actually done. In the process reviewing all aspects of school work, we find all teachers were very busy, but the effectiveness was also high, so we got a great amount of satisfaction. We were simply too busy in the past to make a general review. The ESR gave us external confirmation of our strengths, especially the strengths of our students. All that teachers do is for students, and so this could strengthen teachers' team spirit.
