The recognition from ESR is very important, for sometimes we become oblivious to the happiness we are enjoying, and often complain about the students' lack of initiative, hard work, and performance. Often we failed to see students' efforts and strengths. When I tell them about what external reviews thought about them, it would definitely boost their self-confidence.
