Role of principal in helping teachers go through ESR

To help teachers prepare for ESR, the most important point is to remind teachers about what they have been doing every day. Teachers are very busy, and usually have no time to arrange their thoughts and daily tasks. There are a lot of rumours about the threat of ESR and its heavy workload, so teachers do feel certain pressure. Fortunately I took part in ESR myself twice, so I could share my experience with colleagues to reduce their uncertainties and unnecessary fear.
