I have been teaching in this school for 6 years. The SSE mechanism in our school is getting better. For teaching and learning, last year we started subject evaluation by collecting students' views about the subjects and the teachers' teaching through filling in a questionnaire. The information is very useful to teachers' improvement. We can tell how students understood the work we had done, and their response to our demands in teaching. As a whole, our teaching could be improved in this way.
