When we got prizes from competitions, usually the school would announce them during morning assembly so that schoolmates could share our joy. Students' works could also be displayed in the school's website, or around the school. When we do project learning, teachers would assess our work every time, and provide opportunities for us to self-reflect and make self-improvement. We could focus on areas of improvement in different aspects, and teachers would write us comments about what to do better in future. Our teachers would give us lots of comments, we could communicate a lot, and in this way we can make improvement.
