As most teachers teach two main subjects or more, to avoid clashes of meeting times, we have worked out a master timetable showing the latest schedules of lesson planning sessions and other events. This timetable also facilitates the work of our administrative committee, e.g. in deciding a time for meeting on emergency or evaluation matters. This also helps the daily planning of individual teachers.
