Basically we involved every teacher in the process, but we did adjust some of the groupings. For example, for management and organisation, not so many teachers were familiar about it, and would find it hard to look for information. So the composition of the groups was more targeted. For example, the management and organisation group comprised the senior teachers, some graduate teachers and myself. In the group on Learning and Teaching, many teachers were enlisted because this was the domain where they were most involved in. In addition, right from the start, Learning and Teaching has been the key focus of our school. For the group on School Ethos we involved teachers working on discipline and guidance. On the whole, except senior teachers who might work on more than one groups, each teacher was only involved in one of them.
