Many teachers find the process painstaking, but they do find their knowledge about the school has increased. There are, for example, aspects which no one has ever talked about, even if they can be related to the domains of learning and teaching and student support. But being the persons responsible for writing on the domains, in the process of collecting data and writing up, or in validating what other teachers have written, as a result, all of us come to know our school better.
