We get socialised into "this is the way schools are run; this is the way you play the game of 'school'". We assume that that is, in a sense, some kind of fixed reality that is unchangeable, but as a matter of fact, it's a human construct. As a human construct it can be re-constructed. People made it, they can unmake it.
